National
National Executive Committee (NEC)
5 founding positions. All carry 2x–3x voting weight.
Founder / CTO

- Sets the overall vision, strategy, and long-term direction of Collabogig Innovations
- Final approval authority on all major platform, product, and financial decisions
- Represents Collabogig to investors, partners, government, and the public
- Oversees all national and state executives and resolves escalated disputes
- Leads technical architecture decisions and product roadmap
- Holds veto power over any community vote with documented justification
- Champions the culture, values, and brand of Collabogig at all times
General Secretary
Governance. Records. Communications.

- Records and maintains all meeting minutes, decisions, and official documents
- Manages all official correspondence and external communications
- Maintains the official register of members, executives, and state chapters
- Ensures all activities comply with Collabogig's Rules & Regulations
- Coordinates scheduling and agenda preparation for committee meetings
- Co-manages financial records alongside the Coordinator
- Serves as the point of contact for legal and regulatory matters
Head of Development
Technology. Products. Developer Community.

- Leads all technical development of the Collabogig platform and community products
- Approves technical direction, technology stack decisions, and project timelines
- Manages and grows the developer community within Collabogig
- Reviews and approves significant contributions to Collabogig's codebases
- Mentors developers across national and state chapters
- Coordinates with State Technology Leads on local build activities
- Reports on platform health, product progress, and developer activity to the National Executive Committee (NEC)
Social Media Manager
Brand. Content. Community Growth.

- Creates, schedules, and publishes content aligned with the brand vision and logo meaning
- Monitors community engagement and responds on behalf of the organisation
- Tracks and reports monthly growth metrics, reach, and audience insights to the National Executive Committee (NEC)
- Coordinates media coverage for events, product launches, and community milestones
- Maintains brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Grows Collabogig's online presence to attract youth, partners, and sponsors
Coordinator
Operations. Events. Community Logistics.

- Plans, organises, and manages all Collabogig events, meetups, and programmes
- Coordinates logistics for training sessions, hackathons, and community activities
- Serves as the primary point of contact between state chapters and the national body
- Tracks participation, attendance, and activity across the entire community
- Prepares monthly operational reports for the National Executive Committee (NEC)
- Manages the monthly Committee Meetup schedule and registration
- Co-manages financial records and presents quarterly financial summaries
State Level
State Executive Committee (SEC)
Activated per state as chapters grow. 7 positions per state.
State Director
1.5xOverall leadership and representation of the state chapter. Reports to the national Coordinator.
State Technology Lead
1.2xHeads local developer groups and tech activities. Reports to the Head of Development nationally.
State Community Manager
1.0xOnboards and engages members in the state. Manages local community groups.

State Training Coordinator
1.0xOrganises local training sessions and coordinates with the national training calendar.
State Events & Programs Officer
