About the Meetup
The Collabogig Monthly Committee Meetup is a recurring community gathering held online every month. It is open to all members and mandatory for all national and state executives.
Each session covers:
- Community updates and announcements from the National Executive Committee (NEC)
- Progress reports from state chapters
- Upcoming events, training, and project discussions
- Open floor for member questions and ideas
- Voting on any active community polls
Your QR Pass
After registration you will receive a unique QR pass. This serves as your check-in ticket at the meetup. The host will scan it at the door (or online entry point) to verify your attendance.

About Monthly Meetups
Collabogig hosts a committee meetup every month. All members are welcome. National and state executives are expected to attend unless prior notice is given to the General Secretary. Absence without notice for two consecutive months may trigger a performance review under Section 6 of the Rules & Regulations.
