The Commitment
What every member agrees to
These apply to all members regardless of tier. They are not optional.
Show Up
Attend at least one community event or meetup per quarter. Your presence matters — Collabogig grows through participation, not passive membership.
Follow Through
If you join a project team, complete what you commit to. Abandoning work without communication is a breach of community trust.
Respect Everyone
Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or bad faith — online or offline. Every member deserves dignity and a safe space to grow.
Represent Well
What you say and do publicly reflects on the entire Collabogig community. Be a builder, not a detractor.
Stay Informed
Read and comply with the Collabogig Rules & Regulations. Ignorance of the rules is not an accepted excuse.
Additional Commitment for Executives
National and state executive members hold additional responsibilities: attendance at monthly committee meetups, declaring conflicts of interest before votes, and submitting monthly role reports to the National Executive Committee (NEC). Failure to fulfil executive duties for two consecutive months may trigger a vote of no confidence under Section 6 of the Rules & Regulations.
